Welcome Letter For New Church Members

GNOCCHETTI SARDI CON BORLOTTI E PANCETTA AFFUMICATA





Ingredients 4 people

gr. 300 of Sardinian gnocchi (or if you prefer another type of pasta)
gr. 200 of kidney beans, canned
gr. 200 of bacon, diced 1 small onion
gr. 300 of round tomatoes
few basil leaves 2 tablespoons chopped parsley grated pecorino
parmesan extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper


In a fry pan with a little olive oil with chopped onion bacon.
Add the basil and parsley and diced fresh tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, cook for a while and finally add the beans well drained of their liquid. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
Boil the gnocchi in boiling salted water, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce. Stir well, sprinkle with the Parmesan and pecorino, and Serve serve.
