Live In Phoenix Or Palm Springs

QUICHE ALLE ZUCCHINE, PEPERONI E SCAMORZA








Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry
2 peppers
2 zucchini 2 eggs 1 shallot
100 ml cream 1 / 2 scamorza
parmesan extra virgin olive oil salt
and pepper



thinly sliced \u200b\u200bpeppers and zucchini.
in a frying pan brown the chopped shallot with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Pour the peppers and cook for few minutes. When the peppers are about halfway through cooking, add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper and finish cooking.



Line a mold cm. 26 in diameter with the pastry.
Pour half the vegetables, put on the slices of smoked cheese, vegetables and even over the remaining slices of scamora.



In a bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper, add the cream and parmesan and pour the mixture into the pan over the vegetables.




With cutouts decorate the surface of dough and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, until they will have formed a nice crust.
