Free Alicia Rhodes Black

DOLCETTI DI RICOTTA





Ingredients

gr. 300 gr flour 00
. 200 grams of butter
. 300 of ricotta
1 packet of yeast
jam (the one you want)
a pinch of salt Mix well

melted butter, flour, cottage cheese, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Let the dough rest wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for an hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out, then cut the cookies with stencils.
cover them with jam and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
