Ingredients
2 1 large potato bass
5 artichokes
round tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes, chopped parsley
a clove of garlic ½ cup white wine
extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper
baking paper to the foil
in a pan with a little oil fry a little chopped garlic with a tablespoon of parsley. Add the carciodi cut into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes (al dente because it will keep them going in the oven).
Clean bass, add salt and pepper inside and inside also put the parsley.
Prepare the foil: roll out a rather large sheet of baking paper, grease it with oil Lie down on the bass (I've taken for issue of pan head) put all around the artichokes, potatoes and tomatoes all cut into cubes, add salt and pepper again, pour the white wine and sprinkle with plenty of parsley and a drizzle of oil.
Close the foil around it.
Put in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Open the bag take out the bass, clean them from the central bone and Serve.
