Ingredienti per 5 pani:
200g preparato per pane bianco Molino Rossetto
85g farina manitoba
80g misto semi e erbe Nuova Terra
semi di finocchio
3 cucch strutto
1 cucch miele di castagno
2 cucch olio evo
acqua
7g lievito secco
salt

Mix flour with baking powder, add the mixed herbs with seeds and fennel seeds, mix well, then add honey, lard and oil. Finally add the salt and, using water, mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Let rise for several hours, rework the dough and let rise again in a humid place.
give the desired shape, brush the surface with an emulsion of extra virgin olive oil, water and salt, then place to rise for about an hour.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, then ventilation function for another 10 minutes.
