Cuticle Seperated From Nail



recipe comes from Sale & Pepe in March 2010.
E 'perhaps the first case of cous cous, which we prepare with the meat, in fact we have so far preferred to use vegetable or fish.
This recipe was immediately struck by the spices used aromatic and fragrant.
In fact, we have some 'modified and adapted to our tastes and needs, but we were still satisfied.
A plate full and rich, a simple taste and delicate at the same time, because of the variety of ingredients and flavors, lends itself to meet the tastes of all.


Ingredients:
200g cous cous
616g diced pork
2 small green peppers
150g dried chickpeas
1 teaspoon tomato puree
¼ white onion
soy sauce
parsley
cinnamon
ginger
extra virgin olive oil
white wine
salt

Soak the chickpeas for about 10 hours. Cook in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes from time.
In a pan fry the sliced \u200b\u200bonion with oil, then add the peppers, hulled and cut into small pieces.
After some minutes add the diced pork and cook with white wine.
When the meat is cooked, add the chickpeas and season with soy sauce, tomato sauce, ginger, cinnamon and parsley. Finally add salt.
Cook the cous cous for 1 minute in an equal amount of boiling salted water with a tablespoon of oil. Turn off the heat, let stand a few minutes and then shelled with a fork.
a bowl, mix the couscous with sautéed vegetables, meat and spices and serve.
