phyllo rolls with citrus

When we decide to prepare the sole, one of the seasonings that you prefer with the citrus scent is fresh, and very tasty.
Apart from the complexity in the cooking, the soles are a type of fish is very simple and lightweight, which is usually coupled with equally delicate flavors.
To prepare for this duo so different we decided to enclose it in a crisp and crunchy nuts: we then assigned to the phyllo dough, thin and less invasive in order to keep the pot slightly.
With a little 'juice in surplus and we had a delicate citrus sauce to accompany the rolls.
With this recipe also participated in the collection of Cinzia , which seems perfect launch in this period.

Ingredients for 15 rolls:
20-25 sole
1 orange 1 lemon
almonds
5 sheets of phyllo pastry
2 Tbsp cornstarch
extra virgin olive oil
orange juice
garlic powder
poppy seeds
salt

sole Cook for 7 minutes in the microwave, take care of them and season them with the juice, pulp and grated rind of citrus fruit, salt, garlic and coarsely chopped almonds.
Lay out the sheets of phyllo dough, form into 15 rectangles and brush with an emulsion of oil, a bit 'of citrus juice, water and salt.
Fill each rectangle with the fish and chiudere ad involtino, sigillando bene i bordi.
